Overall this mag ended up in my parts bin, I'll use the bottom clip and the spring. This did not work at all in my 1968 model and it seemed to jam less with my 19 models. Spend the extra 20 to 30 bucks on a real surplus magazine. Don't waste your money on these new mags.
Since it jams and it takes 3 hands to clear it.
I would not recommend this mag if you conceal carry.
I spent 1 hour with a Dremel tool and a file and now it works about half of the time. I have to pull the slide back while pushing the mag release button while pulling on the mag. It jams every time it goes to load the next round into the gun. The top of the clip is way different than the factory ones. Well since p64 surplus mags are spendy and hard to find I thought I'd give these new clips a try. Spend the extra money and get a surplus mag
